Hi-Isolation

Due to the polyurethane-filled sandwich panels and the gaskets which are placed 4 sides of the sectional doors that stands exterior provide high level of isolation and enrich the aesthetics.

Security

Due to the panels’ thickness (42mm), it is much more durable and secure against theft than other doors. If extra security is required, tower bolt system can be added.

Customizable

If its required, pedestrian door can be added inside the door. A viewing window can be added to be seen the light and the exterior. A vent can be added to conditioning the air.

FEATURES OF SECTIONAL DOOR:

The leak-proof and isolation features are highly powerful with the profiles and sizes are specially designed panels that are almost same with the conventional facade panel. With its mechanical design with spring balancing system, it can be easily lifted by hand manually. Sectional doors that can be moved with motor automation systems can also be easily opened and joined with specially designed manual hoist systems.

The four sides of the door are equipped with a flexible rubber wick system; thus it offers maximum level of leak-proof feature.

In case of having materials under the door while it is closing, in the doors which are moving with automation systems, there is pneumatic edge safety system to prevent the damage both to the door and the material. This safety system has a pressure sensitivity of 5 mbar and detects the pressure change in the air inside because of the stretching of the lower wick.

In addition, industrial sectional doors also have a safety system of wire breakage and spring breakage. This equipment provides maximum usage safety.
